| Ahh so today was Nicole and I's Two-Month Anniversary. I love you baby you're like my best friend and that person that I feel so closely attached to. In the short amount of time that seemed like an eternity we've had our fair share so far and I look forward to us being together.
What a year this has been. An awesome year. A horrible year. A year that has shown so many of us who we are. So many things have happened that can't be explained in almost every aspect of our lives.

| - Maybe Memories Another great night at the Door. So many of our friends came to support us. Headlining was definitely a new experience for all of us. We didn't start the set until almost 11 and ended about midnight. But who fucking cares? Because we were awesome! Now the Door knows what we're made of. It had to be the most fun I had during a performance. It truly was incredible. I loved it. I want to say thankyou to all who showed up. It meant a lot and we know how much trouble it is to come down to Deep Ellum that late and pay $10 to see us perform. Most importantly I want to say to Mike, Jeph, and Joe that you guys are awesome, I love you like brothers, and that we've been through so much shit to get to do what we did that night and it was all worth it.

| Hoookay so, I would like to state an opinion of mine that I think Christmas is a CHRISTIAN holiday. The whole freakin' reason it exists is because Christ was born. Now of course today we have all of these sorta secular icons that don't exactly signify the birth of Jesus but are still identified as part of the Christmas holiday. This being said, they are Christmas icons. Santa belongs to Christmas, the Christmas Tree belongs to Christmas, and Christmas lights belong to Christmas. Enough with this communist bullshit of "Oh lets take out the religion of religious holidays!" No, lets not. It's not a freakin' holiday tree damnit it's a Christmas Tree. Now I know some people will say that Christmas is celebrated as more of a national holiday than a religious/denominational holiday today in the U.S. and some people who aren't really Christian still celebrate it. Well Freakin' A Christianity is the official predominate religion of this country so that's where everything got all mixed up as it being a national holiday that even non-Christians celebrate. Some people may celebrate just the Santa and his reindeer part and have no ties with Jesus's birth whatsoever and that's cool if that's what they want to do but for God's sake it still pertains to Christmas. So therefore I am greatly offended when people are trying to put a claim to it that it's not religious when it pertains to the whole reason we celebrate this freakin' holiday! It's a Christmas Tree not a Holiday tree. | | |
